Build Your Own Box Classes - Beginners Class - Monday - Wednesday Evenings - Sept. 23 - Oct. 16, 2024

       Nature Connection World will begin offering classes on how to make your own acrylic specimen display box.  The classes will consist of two sessions per week for four weeks.  They will be hands on classes at out store in the Temple Mall in Temple, TX.

      By the time you complete the class you will leave with a 5"x5" acrylic butterfly display box and a small floating frame display that you made with your very own hands!!             

        The class outline is:

                         Session #2:  Demonstration - Part 2

                         Session #3:  Relaxing the Specimens

                         Session #4:  Spreading the Specimens

                         Session #5:  Specimen Preparation - Part 1

                         Session #6:  Specimen Preparation - Part 2

                         Session #7:  Acrylic Box Assembly

                         Session #8: Box Finishing & Wrap Up Discussion

            Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 students.

          The cost of the Beginners Class is $170.00 per student.  By registering online and paying in full you will receive a $20.00 discount for a total of only $150.00. 

         For those that want to split the registration payment, we will accept a payment of $85.00 to hold you space in the class with the balance of $85.00 due before the first class session.  To use this method of registration, you must do so in person at our store or email us at:  natureconnectionworld@gmail.com to make arrangements.

        In the class students will be using several chemicals such as an epoxy resin and acrylic solvent.  Due to this we will limit this class to students 18 years old or older and will have a waiver to sign at the beginning of the first session. 

      With the amazing response we have received from so many people, we expect these classes to fill up fast, so register soon.
